1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of A Used Heavy Special Vehicle With A Hydraulic Lift With A 6X2 Drive, Rescue Height Min. 32M, Side Reach Min. 20 M And A Basket Load Capacity Of Min. 400 Kg In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Specification Of Terms Of Procurement (Swz) And The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Appendix No. 7 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Train The Ordering Partys Representatives In The Proper Use, Operation And Operation Of The Received Vehicle. Vehicle Operation Training, Together With Instructions On Driving And Operating Equipment For The Ordering Partys Representatives (For A Minimum Of 8 People), Will Take Place At The Place Of Final Acceptance. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Headquarters With A Full Fuel Tank.2. Scope Of Delivery Of The Above-Mentioned Car Includes Service And Warranty For A Car With Minimum Parameters And Equipment Described In Appendix No. 8 To Swz.3. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party - In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. The Ordering Party, When Specifying The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer/Supplier Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Authenticating These Materials Or Devices. They Will Be Assessed And, Based On This Assessment, The Ordering Party Will Decide To Accept Equivalents Or Reject The Offer Due To Their Non-Equivalence.
