This Building, Designed With A Mixed Structure Using Concrete Sails On The Ground Floor And Wooden Post-Beams On The Floors With Mixed Wood-Concrete Floors And A Mob/Straw Facade As Well As High-Performance Systems, Aims To Obtain The Passivhaus Label. It Also Targets The E2c2 Level Of The E+C Label. It Covers 6,670 M2 Of Useful Surface Area. (Sre Of Approximately 8,890M²) Spread Over 3 Levels And An Attic Dedicated To Technical Premises. The Roof Coverage Rate In Photovoltaic Panels Is Set At 50%. The Main Objectives Of This New Library Are: - A Connected Building Equipped With The Necessary Digital Technologies (Wifi, Video Projection, Videoconferencing, Consultation Of Documents In Digital Formats, Etc.) - The Provision Of 30 Group Work Rooms Of Various Capacities (From 2 To 8 People) -The Presence Of Modular Meeting / Training Rooms Allowing The Implementation Of New Educational Practices -Consultation Spaces Allowing, By Their Arrangement, Individual Work As Well As Work In Small Autonomous Or Supervised Groups -Opening To A Large Public (Students, Teachers, Researchers, Staff, Residents Of The City, Etc.) -The Integration Of A Cafeteria Which Will Be Managed By The Crous Allowing The Creation Of A Real Living Space Within The Building And Campus
