Purchase requires the payment of a non-refundable fee in cash, as specified in the tables above. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as detailed in the tables, with a validity period extending to July 10, 2026. Bids must reach the Chairman of the Regional Procurement Committee at the RDHS Office, Police Station Road, Kalmunai, on or before 10:30 AM on April 27, 2026. The bid number and title must be clearly written on the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately following the closing deadline in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on 21.04.2026 at 10.30 a.m. at Regional Director of Health Service Office, Police Station Road, Kalmunai. The Regional Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing a reason; its decision shall be final.
