SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective Bidders are to submit bids for each of the Lots, two (2) hard copies (one original and one other copy) each of the completed Technical and Financial bids, with a softcopy of financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope, with the project name and Lot number clearly written on the top right-hand corner, addressed and returned to: The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Environment and Technology Koroma/Saakpenwa, Ogoni, Rivers State, Administrative Building, 1st floor, Right wing. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and should be dropped in the designated Tender box at the office of the Deputy Director, Procurement Unit, between 9.00am and 4.00 pm daily, not later than 12:00 noon on Friday, 24th April, 2026. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The submitted technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Friday, 24th April, 2026. at the Administrative Building of the University, while the financial bids will be kept unopened. 7. GENERAL INFORMATION i. Certificates shall be referred to the respective issuing authorities for verification and authentication, and the University shall disqualify any company whose claims are found to be false in addition to other sanctions that may be deemed necessary. ii. Technical and Financial bids enclosed in one and same single envelope that will expose the Technical and Financial bids at the time during opening shall be disqualified. iii. The Bids will be opened in the presence of CSOs and Professional bodies and covered by video recording iv. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while the financial bids of unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened. v.
