Prequalifications are invited for Hospitality Services Date Added: March 26, 2026 Deadline: 18/04/2026 Category: Hotel & Hospitality AN INTERNATIONAL NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION based in Abuja is seeking reputable vendors to provide hospitality services in the 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (including hospitality providers in Local Government Areas). The vendors should provide the most competitive fixed (NGO) rates for their services that will be valid for at least six (6) months, but preferably twelve (12) months, where possible. Interested vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the requirements before submitting a bid. 1. Hospitality Services Required: Room rate (bed only) Room rate (bed and breakfast) Conference tea break (AM & PM) Buffet lunch rate (various options where applicable) Packed lunch rate (various options where applicable) Buffet dinner rate (various options where applicable) Meeting/conference hall rate (please quote for different hall capacities) Service charge (please state what this covers) List all other complimentary facilities available. E.g., internet facilities, business center, Wellness facilities, etc. Airport drop-off and pick-up services Quotation should include the following: Quote must be valid for at least six (6) months, but preferably twelve (12) months, where possible. Payment terms if different (preferably Net 30 days). 2. Eligibility All applicants should provide the following: Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)/Tax Clearance Certificates (TCC). This requirement is for new vendors only. Existing vendors in our database do not need to resubmit, except where documentation was updated recently. Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide supporting documentation). Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number, and e-mail address). Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years from clients/organizations. This requirement is for new vendors only. Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted before making payments 3. Submission of bids: All bids should be addressed and delivered to: The Procurement Committee Plot 971, Reuben Okoya Crescent (Behind Pacesetters College), Wuye, Abuja. Ensure that you put all quotes into the bid box at the reception. Also, ensure that you complete the bid worksheet at the reception. 4.
