BID REQUIREMENTS: Interested contractors are required to submit the following documents: a. Certificate of Companys registration with the Corporate Affairs commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Memorandum and Article of Association; b. Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate of Limited company for the last Three (3) years (2025, 2024 & 2023); c. Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate of Two (2) Directors of the Company for the last Three (3) years (2025, 2024 & 2023); d. Evidence of registration of Business Premises with the Ministry of Trade and Investment, Oyo State; e. Evidence of registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP); f. Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor in at least Two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letter of contract award and certificate of job completion within the last Five (5) years (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022 & 2021); g. Detailed Company Profile and Organisational Structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical/ Managerial); h. Evidence of Financial Capability/Reference Letter from a reputable bank; i. Companys Audited Accounts for the last Three (3) years (2025, 2024 & 2023); j. Sworn Affidavit disclosing: i. Whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the procurement entity or Bureau is a former or present Director, shareholder or has financial interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars. ii. That the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings nor the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings. iii. That none or any of the directors have been convicted in any country for criminal offences relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation of falsification of facts relating to any matter. k. Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 20,000.00 per lot into Oyo State Board for Technical and Vocational Education, 8304203012, First City Monument Bank. 3.0. SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS: 1. All tender documents should be arranged and bounded as listed below: i. Three (3) sets of the documents i.e., one (1) original and two (2) other copies, should be enclosed in separate envelopes with Original and Duplicate imprint written on the top right corner of the envelope. ii. The three (3) envelopes should be enclosed in a bigger envelope with the desired project lot title written on the top right corner of the envelope. iii. The bounded tender document should be addressed to: The Director, Cabinet Office, Office of the Executive Governor, Oyo State Secretariat, Ibadan. iv. The tender document should be delivered to the same address not later than 12:00 noon on April 8th, 2026. 2.
