Description: The contract covers the development and delivery of a comprehensive scan on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) among EEA staff to: Collect anonymous data on DEI dimensions among the EEA staff Assess existing policies and the organisational culture around DEI with the view to identify potential differences in experiences and perceptions among various staff groups; Pinpoint existing good practices and areas requiring targeted action; Provide actionable recommendations to foster a more inclusive and supportive working environment, consistent with the EEAs role as a public institution serving a diverse European community.
