Whistler Transit Interior Bus Advertising . The Resort Municipality Of Whistler (Rmow) Coordinates The Operation Of A Public Transit System And Controls Advertising Space Located On The Interior Of Whistler Transit Buses (“Ad Space”). The Rmow Is Inviting Qualified Service Providers (“Proponent”) To Provide Proposals (“Proposal”) For Services As An Exclusive Sales Agent For Such Ad Space. The Rmow Is Seeking Proponents To Provide Proposals To Administer Sales, Administration, And Customer Service For The Ad Space As An Exclusive Sales Agent. The Successful Proponent Shall Be Responsible For All Advertising Sales And Related Customer Service, Including: • Marketing And Selling The Ad Space To Advertisers; • Negotiating, Administering, And Managing Advertising Contracts; • Providing Ongoing Customer Service To Advertisers; • Issuing Invoices And Collecting Payments From Advertising Clients; • Coordinating Installation, Removal, And Replacement Of Advertisements; • Conducting Inspections Of Current Advertisements To Ensure Proper Condition, Placement, And Compliance; And • Serving As The Primary Liaison Between Advertising Clients And Rmow. The Successful Proponent Shall Be Responsible For Providing The Contact Person At The Rmow With Regular Updates Regarding Advertising Sales And Related Customer Service And Ad Space Management.
