The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Part Of The Public Lighting Of The City Of Roztoky (K.Ú. Roztoky U Prahy [742503]), Including The Supply, Assembly, Commissioning And Testing Of A Complete Public Lighting System, Including The Control And Regulation System. The Implementation Of The Order Will Mainly Consist Of: - Replacement Of 307 Existing Light Fixtures, - Installation Of 1 New Light Fixture. A Total Of 308 New Led Lights Will Be Installed. The New Lights Will Be Installed On The Existing Masts And Existing Booms. The Affected Public Lighting Switchboards (Rvo) Will Remain Unchanged. Technical Description Public Lighting Ensures Safe And High-Quality Lighting Of The Citys Public Spaces. The Existing Public Lighting System Consists Mainly Of Lamps With High-Pressure Discharge Lamps With An Input Of 50 W And 70 W, Powered From Seven Public Lighting Switchboards (Rvo2, Rvo3, Rvo4, Rvo5, Rvo6, Rvo7 And Rvo8). The New Lights And Control Elements Must Be Fully Compatible With The Citys Central Philips Interact City System, And Enable Monitoring And Regulation Through It, Without The Need To Replace Existing Switchboards. The Reconstructed System Complies With Čsn En 13201, Čsn P 36 0455, Čsn 36 0459 And Other Relevant Standards. The Selected Applicant Will Have To Prove The Required Compatibility By A Sample Operational Test At The Place Of Execution Of The Contract (City Of Roztoky). The Test Will Take Place At The Customers Headquarters So That The Supplier Puts Into Operation The Supplied Sample Of The Typ 04 Light Fixture And Then Tests Its Communication With The Existing Control System. If Compatibility Cannot Be Demonstrated, The Supplier Will Be Excluded From The Competition For Failure To Meet The Tender Conditions. Part Of The Performance Is The Setting Of The Lighting Operating Modes, Including Night Dimming According To The Lighting Classes Listed In The Technical Specification. New Luminaires In Class M5/P4 Will Be Operated With A Dimming Of 60% Between 10:00 P.M. And 5:00 A.M. New Luminaires In Class M6 Will Be Operated Without Dimming. Luminaires In The Village Will Be Equipped With Central Control. The Light Source In The New Fixtures Will Be Efficient Led Technology.
