As Part Of The Annual Alberta Order Of Excellence (Aoe) Recognition, Each Inductee Of The Order Has A Full-Length Biography Created That Is Used In The Official Investiture Ceremony Program And Posted On The Aoe Website. A Master Script Is Also Created For The Investiture Ceremony & Dinner. Short Biographies Of The Inductees Are Prepared For The Aoe Plaques.The Province Requires The Following Services From The Contractor:A) Develop Inductee Biographies (Long & Short Versions) For Up To 10 New Aoe Members.• The Contractor Will Conduct Interviews With Each Inductee To Formalize/Fact Check Information• Include Research On Each Inductee, Interview Of Each Inductee, Transcription Of Interviews, Draft Of Full Biographies (Around 1500 Words), Draft Of Short Biographies (Around 200 Characters) And All Edits From Aoe And Inductees.• Include Editing/Proofing Of Aoe Investiture Program Booklet And Website.• Use Cp Style• Inductees Will Have Two Opportunities To Edit The Biographies Before Finalization.B) Draft A Master Script For The Full Investiture Ceremony And Dinner.• Include Introductions To Lieutenant Governor For Each Inductee, Along With Directives And Speaking Notes For Aoe Chair Master Of Ceremonies (Mc).C) Draft And Implement A Media/Communications Plan Prior To, And Media Relations On The Day Of The Investiture, Including Social Media Posts.
