The Purpose Of The Framework Agreements Is To Ensure That Nkoms Need For External Legal Assistance Is Taken Care Of In Periods Or Within Areas Where The Companys Internal Capacity Or Competence Is Not Sufficient. Legal Assistance Within The Relevant Sub-Areas May Include, Among Other Things, Legal Advice, Training, Case Management, Handling Of Disputes As Well As Possible Hiring Of Lawyer Resources.
