The Object Of The Procurement Is The Purchase Of Mikkelis Traffic Light Control And Monitoring System As A Saas Service. The Procurement Is A Joint Venture Between The City Of Mikkeli And Fintraffic Tie Oy. The Acquired System Will Replace The Omnia System Currently In Use In Mikkeli. The System Is Mainly Used By The Parties Responsible For Traffic Lights In The City Of Mikkeli And Fintraffic Ties Traffic Light Experts. The Procurement Does Not Include Equipment Or Measures For The Traffic Light Communication Network, But The Service Provider Of The Customers Kvt Network (Streetside Technology Network) Is Responsible For Them. The Delivery Of The Traffic Light Control And Monitoring System And The Implementation Phase Of The Development And Monitoring Service Of The Kvt Network Partly Overlap. As Part Of The Delivery Project, 19 Control Devices Will Be Connected To The System. More Devices Will Be Connected To The System In The Next Few Years Based On Unit Price. The Estimate Of The Total Number Of Devices Connected To The System In The Next Few Years Is 30 Traffic Light Control Devices. The User Interface Of The Control And Monitoring System Must Be Available To The Subscriber For At Least Fault Monitoring And Program Change Functions, And Control Devices Must Be Connected To The System Within 100 Days Of Signing The Agreement. The Control And Monitoring System Must Be Ready For All Functions And Features For The Customers Trial Period And Handed Over To The Customer Within 180 Days Of Signing The Contract. The Deadline For The Completion Inspection Of The System, From Which The Service Phase Begins And From Which The Service Fee Is Billable, Is 250 Days From The Signing Of The Contract. Based On The Tender, One Operator Will Be Selected As The Supplier Of The Traffic Light Control And Monitoring System. The Suppliers Selection Criteria Are Described In This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Agreement Is Valid From The Moment It Is Signed And Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Normal Notice Period For The Contract Is 12 Months For Both The Customer And The Service Provider. The First Possible Moment Of Termination Of The Contract (From Which The Calculation Of The Notice Period Begins) Is 24 Months After The Approved Completion Inspection Of The System, I.E. The Beginning Of The Service Phase.
