At Euras Swimming And Sports Hall, At The End Of 2024, Measurements Have Been Made Of Ventilation Machines At Different Outside Temperatures, Which Were Used To Determine The Heat Recovery Potential Of The Systems And The Amount Of Waste Heat. The Measurements Revealed A Significant Amount Of Waste Heat, Which Could Be Utilized More Efficiently Than At Present. For Example, At An Outside Temperature Of +4 Degrees, A Total Of Up To 485 Kw Of Waste Heat Potential Was Found In The Ventilation Machines, Even Though The Propertys Heat Demand In That Condition Is Significantly Lower. In This Project, The Goal Is To Utilize The Measurement Results And Draw Up A Concrete Plan And Implementation Based On Them To Improve Energy Efficiency. The Project Identifies The Ventilation Machines Where Waste Heat Recovery Is Technically And Economically The Most Profitable, And Drafts Proposals For Measures To Improve The Functionality And Cost-Effectiveness Of The System. The Project Can Also Map Out Other Ways To Recover / Save Energy. The Goal Is To Reduce The Propertys Energy Consumption And Improve Ventilation Control. At The Same Time, The Aim Is To Support Environmental Goals: Improving Energy Efficiency And Utilizing Waste Heat Reduce The Propertys Carbon Footprint And Support The Transition Towards Lower-Carbon Energy Use. The Goal Is To Find A Long-Lasting And Sustainable Solution That Reduces The Generation Of Waste Heat And Improves Energy Use In The Entire Building. Investment Support From The European Rural Development Fund 2023 – 2027 Has Been Applied For The Project. The Approved Total Cost Estimate Of The Eligible Project Is €330,000 (Vat 0%). Bidders Are Not Bound By The Cost Estimate.
