The Procurement Unit Is The Teatterimuseon Foundation (Www.Teatterimuseo.Fi). The Project Is Implemented As A Collaboration Of Five Actors. In Addition To The Theater Museum, The Participating Organizations Are Tinfo - Theater Information Center, The Finnish National Opera And Ballet, The Circus And Dance Information Center And The Swedish Litteratursällskapet. The New Performance Database Replaces The Five Databases Maintained Separately By These Operators, All Of Which Are Approaching Or Have Already Reached The End Of Their Technical Useful Lives. The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Browser-Based Performing Arts Database Open To All, Which Stores Information Related To Works, Productions And Performances In The Fields Of Theatre, Dance, Opera, Performing Arts And Circus. The System Is Acquired As A Service, Meaning That The System Is Not Placed In The Customers Computer Room. The Procurement Includes The Implementation Of A New Information System In Accordance With The Requirements Specification And System Maintenance Service. The Goal Is To Create A Presentation Database That Enables Versatile Search Functions And Results, With The Help Of Which The Information Is Easily Accessible And Accessible. We Are Also Interested In Solutions Based On Semantic Technology. The Oldest Performance Data Stored In The System Is From The End Of The 1800S And The Newest Is From 2025, And The System Is Supplemented Annually With Data From Over 1,000 Performances. The Delivery Of The System Includes A Detailed Technical Definition Of The Performance Database, The Software Required By The System, Installations, Migration And Other Necessary Work To Implement And Deploy The System. Information Is Grouped Into Entities That Can Be Flexibly Links To Each Other, E.G.
