Tenders Are Invited For Tire Services For Cars And Machinery

The Request For Tender Concerns The Storage, Replacement And Repairs Of Car And Work Machine Tires Of The City Of Rauma And The Citys Business Establishments, As Well As Tires To Be Renewed. Tires Are Stored At The Suppliers Premises And Exchanged For Cars At The Suppliers Premises Every Year In Spring And Autumn. Every Car User Makes An Appointment To Change Tires. The City Of Rauma Does Not Commit To A Certain Quantity Or Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period. This Contract Does Not Include The Tires Of Vehicles Belonging To The Customers Possible Leasing Contracts. During The Contract Period, The Tires Will Be Ordered Individually And In Sets According To The Customers Needs. The Contract Period Does Not Create An Exclusive Right For The Bidders To Replace Tires, And The Customer Does Not Undertake To Order Any Pre-Defined Tasks From The Contract Supplier. The Tire Exchange Point Must Be Located At A Maximum Distance Of 20 Kilometers From The Isometsä Depot In The City Of Rauma (Isometsäntie 3). The Contract Period Is 28.9.2026 - 30.9.2028, After Which The Contract Period Can Be Extended Indefinitely By The Customers Decision With A Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. The Contract Supplier Selected As A Result Of This Tender Is Obliged To Transfer The Customers Tires, Which Are In Storage In The Warehouse Of The Previous Contract Supplier, To Its Own Warehouse During Week 40/2026. At The Beginning Of The Contract Period, The Customer May Not Incur Transfer Costs For These Transfers Of Tires From The Tire Hotel Of The Previous Contract Supplier To The Tire Hotel Of The New Contract Supplier. Information About The Vehicle Fleet Owned By The City Of Rauma At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Tender Is Presented As An Attachment To The Request For Tender. During The Contract Period, Changes May Occur In The Vehicles And Work Machines Owned By The City Of Rauma, Which Affect The Organization, Expansion Or Contraction Of The Procurement/Activity That Is The Subject Of This Call For Tenders. In This Case, The Contract To Be Drawn Up Will Be Revised In The Necessary Parts, And The Offeror Has No Right To Claim Damages. Due To Changes.
