In Connection With The Promotion Of The Role Of The European Union, The European Social Fund+ And The Main Goals And Priorities Of The Education Program (Eo), In Compliance With The Rules For Visibility, Transparency And Communication, According To Regulation (Eu) 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 24, 2021, For The Needs Of Iapo, It Is Necessary To Provide Advertising Materials, Information Materials And Souvenirs With Branding Corresponding To The Messages And Goals Of The Program. The Main Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Popularize The Role Of The European Union And The Education Program Among The General Public And The Beneficiaries Of The Program, Through The Distribution Of Advertising Materials, Information Materials And Souvenirs, Including Securing The Public Events, Workshops, Information Campaigns, Seminars And Other Events Related To The Implementation Of The Program With The Said Materials. All Types Of Advertising Materials, Souvenirs And Information Materials Are Provided With Branding Corresponding To The Messages And Goals Of The Education Program. The Execution Of The Order Covers The Delivery Of Branded Advertising Materials, Souvenirs And Informational Materials Specified In The Technical Specifications For The Individual Items. In Connection With Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Separate Item No. 2 Provision Of Branded Advertising And Informational Materials, Which Are Included In The List Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement, For The Needs Of Iapo Is Intended For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities, Or People In Disadvantaged Position, Since Its Subject Is Included In The List Of Goods And Services, In Accordance With The General Terminological Dictionary, Approved By Decision No. 591 Of 18.07.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers, In The Sense Of Par. 2, Item 46 And Item 62 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Zop. In This Regard, Specific Position No. 2 Is Qualified As A Reserved Public Procurement.
