Bids Are Invited For Supply Of Supplies For Vitrectomy Surgeries

1º That The Ministry Of Health Is Responsible For Exercising The Function That Corresponds To The State Of Guaranteeing Free And Equal Access To Actions For The Promotion, Protection And Recovery Of Health And Rehabilitation Of The Sick Person; As Well As Coordinate, Control And, When Appropriate, Execute Such Actions. For Its Part, The San José Hospital Is A Network Self-Management Establishment, Functionally Deconcentrated, Whose Mission Is To Carry Out The Health Actions Entrusted To It. 2º That, In Accordance With Exempt Resolution No. 443, Of 2026, Which Authorizes The Annual Purchasing And Contracting Plan Of The San José Hospital For The Year 2026, The Supply Of Supplies For Vitrectomy Surgeries, With The Use Of Equipment And Instruments, Is Required, As Stated In A Certificate Dated February 11, 2026, Issued By The Head Of Acquisitions Of The Supply Unit, Which Also Certifies That Said Goods And/Or Services Are Not Available In The Catalog Of The Framework Agreement And That, Given Their Nature, The San José Hospital Is Exempt From The Consultation Procedure To The Circular Economy Platform, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 35 Bis Of Law No. 19,886 And 28 And 29 Of Its Regulations.
