The Service Must Cover All Hardware, Software And Critical Supplies For The Correct Functioning Of The Linear Accelerator And Its Associated Quality Control Systems, Including The Professional Services Necessary To Maintain The System In Optimal Operating Conditions, Which Includes, At Least: • Execution Of Scheduled Preventive Maintenance. • Corrective Maintenance Attention Without Limitation Of Events. • Replacement Of Original Spare Parts Or Equivalent Certified By The Manufacturer. • System Parameterization, Configuration And Adjustments. • Permanent Quality Control Of The Equipment. • Specialized Technical Support. Likewise, It Must Include All Software Updates, Improvements And Upgrades That The Manufacturer Develops During The Term Of The Contract, And The Most Recent Version Available Must Be Kept Installed In Each Calendar Year, Especially In: • Command Consoles. • Tps System (Treatment Planning System). • Registration & Verification System. Likewise, The Complementary Training Required For The Hospitals Clinical And Technical Users, Associated With Said Updates, Must Be Included. The Awarded Supplier Must Ensure That The Quality Control Equipment Keeps Its Calibrations Up To Date, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And Current Chilean Regulations, Including A Commitment Letter That Guarantees The Performance Of Said Calibrations In A Recognized International Secondary Laboratory. Additionally, The Supplier Must Maintain A Specialist Professional Under On-Site Modality At The Magallanes Clinical Hospital To Attend To Failures Of The Linear Accelerator And Associated Systems Of The Linear Accelerator, From Monday To Thursday From 08:00 To 17:00 Hours And Fridays From 08:00 To 16:00 Hours. Said Professional Must Have All The Courses And Factory Certifications Corresponding To The Technology, Equipment And Techniques Installed, At Different Levels (Basic To Advanced), In Accordance With The Periodicity Recommended By The Manufacturer, And Must Be Supported By Current Certifications Issued By The Factory. In The Event Of The Absence Of The Professional Assigned Under An On-Site Modality, The Company Must Previously Inform The Hospital Clínico De Magallanes And Formally Indicate The Specialist Professional Who Will Replace Him/Her, Who Must Comply With The Same Technical Requirements And Required Certifications, Maintaining The Contractual Obligations In Full.
