Tenders Are Invited For Dlearn – Bairns’ Hoose Programme: Development Of National Theory Of Change And Outcomes Framework

The Requirement Is For A Scotland-Focused And Nationally Shared And Agreed Theory Of Change And Outcomes Framework. The Outcomes Framework Will Provide A List Of Core National Outcomes That Are Shared Across All Partnerships. Outcomes Should Be Clearly Linked To Bairns’ Hoose Standards, Agreed By All Partners, And Informed By The Voices Of Children, Young People, Families, Partnerships And Stakeholders. The Theory Of Change Will Set Out In Detail How The Programme Is Expected To Achieve These Intended National Level Outcomes, While Recognising Variations In Local Contexts Providing Sufficient Flexibility To Work For The Range Of Approaches To Implementation Being Taken Forward.
