The Framework Agreement Must Cover Regular Checks Of Electrical Installations, Emergency Lighting And Fire Alarm Systems. The Procurement Is Divided Into Sub-Contracts Which Appear Below. Sub-Contracts 1 - 3 Are Distributed According To Building Stock. Subcontract 4 Applies To Electrician Services That Are Not Covered By Subcontracts 1 – 3. Which Buildings Are Included In Subcontracts 1 – 3 Can Be Seen Under Section 4.11, As Well As Appendix 1. Inspections Have Been Set Up For Selected Buildings That Are Part Of Subcontracts 1 And 2. It Can Be A Single Assignment Or Several Connected Assignments. Even If The Procurement Includes Some Material, It Is Emphasized That This Agreement Does Not Grant Any Exclusivity On The Delivery Of Such Material, And That The Principal Is Otherwise Not Obliged To Purchase Material From The Service Provider. The Client Reserves The Right Not To Use A Framework Contract Supplier For Major Work On Construction Projects And/Or Special Assignments If The Contract Supplier Is Unable To Meet The Clients Needs. Individual Assignments With A Cost Frame Of Nok 100,000 Excl. Vat And In Cases Where The Combined Assignment Includes Several Subcontracts.
