We Would Like To Start Regular Cleaning On 1 June 2026. Norwegian Accreditation Will Move Into The 9Th Floor At Tærudgata 16 In Lillestrøm In May/June 2026. We Would Like To Point Out That There Are Other Tenants On The Other Floors Of The Building, And That This Cleaning Agreement Will Only Apply To Our Premises On The 9Th Floor, Where Only Our Agency Is Located. The Total Gross Area On The Floor Is 1,008 M², And Mainly Contains Offices And Workplaces, Meeting Rooms, Kitchen And Social Areas, Cloakrooms, Sanitary Rooms, Corridors And Common Areas As Well As Other Support Areas, As Shown In The Floor Plans And The Room And Frequency List. Common Technical Room Is Not Included In The Cleaning Agreement. Estimated Cleaning Area Appears In Appendix 2. We Expect To Grow To A Total Of 55 Employees, At The Same Time There Is Both Travel Business And A Home Office Arrangement, Which Means That There Will Generally Be Fewer Employees Present Than This In The Premises On A Daily Basis. The Estimated Value Of The Acquisition Is A Maximum Of Nok 1.7 Million Excl. Vat For The Entire Agreement Period Of 4 Years, With An Assumed Value Of Approx. Nok 425,000 Excl. Vat Per Year. Please Note That The Specified Scope Is An Estimate And That The Actual Scope May Vary During The Contract Period. The Estimate Is Therefore Not Binding On The Client. The Start Of The Agreement For Ongoing Cleaning Is 01.06.2026. The Duration Of The Agreement Will Be 2 Years, With The Option Of Extension On Unchanged Terms 1 Year + 1 Year. The Agreement Runs Out For A Period Of 4 Years Automatically As Long As The Contract Is Not Terminated.
