The Agreement Shall Ensure Flexible And Predictable Access To The Necessary Expertise For Planning, Engineering And Follow-Up Of Building And Construction Projects. The Framework Agreement Covers The Entire Project Cycle - From Early Need Clarification And Concept Phase, Via Pre-Project And Detailed Project, To The Construction Phase, Commissioning, Takeover And Complaint Follow-Up. The Assignments Will Vary In Nature, Duration And Complexity, From Smaller Single Assignments To Larger Projects, And May Take Place In Parallel At Several Locations. The Agreement Must Be Able To Cover Simultaneous Assignments For Several Business Areas And Locations In The Region, And Must Therefore Also Handle Capacity Variations Over Time.
