The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution And Launch Of The Permanent Exhibition Entitled: Kl Plaszow. A Place After, A Place Without In The Building Of The Kl Plaszow Memorial, Implemented As Part Of The Investment Museum - Kl Plaszow Memorial Site And The Project Titled: Construction Of The Museum - Kl Plaszow Memorial Site In Krakow, Co-Financed By The Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage, The Municipality Of Krakow And The European Union Under Measure Vii Of The Culture Priority, Measure 7.1. Cultural Infrastructure And Cultural Tourism Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027. 2. Address Of The Memorial Building: Ul. Kamieńskiego 26, 30-524 Kraków. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Arrangement, I.E.: Execution And Assembly Of Exhibition Structures, Including: Walls And Partitions, Showcases, Displays, 2) Creation Of Graphics And Prints On Exhibition Elements, 3) Execution Of Built-In Exhibition Lighting, Coordinated With The Dali Control System Made At The Stage Of Construction Works, 4) Delivery And Assembly Along With Commissioning Of Devices, Equipment And Multimedia Systems, Incl. Including: Monitor, Projectors, Speaker, Amplifier; And Installing Multimedia Content Provided By The Ordering Party, 5) Training Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Exhibition, Including The Av Equipment Control System. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz With Attachments And The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts, As There Are No Grounds For Such A Division For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons. The Method Of Execution Of The Order And Its Nature Requires The Implementation Of All Elements Indicated In The Procedure By One Contractor. Dispersion Of Entities In The Case Of The Contract In Question Is Impossible Due To The Need To Maintain Consistency In The Performance Of Individual Tasks Covered By The Contract. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, Coordination Of The Activities Of Various Contractors Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract Within The Prescribed Time And Form. Justifying Its Position, The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Subject Of The Contract Is The Arrangement Of The Permanent Exhibition In The Memorial Building, Designed In Such A Way That The Exhibition Is To Constitute One Whole In Terms Of Functionality, Scenography And Art. Thanks To This, Visitors Feel The Coherence Of The Arranged Message While Walking Along The Sightseeing Path. It Will Not Be Possible To Launch The Exhibition Without The Simultaneous Implementation Of All Elements Specified In This Order. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also Carried Out In A Single-Space Exhibition Room, And Coordination Between The Individual Stages Described In The Order Is Necessary To Complete And Coordinate The Task In Its Entirety, Correctly And Without Disruptions, Including The Risk Of Delays Related To The Execution Of The Order.
