Geographic Information Systems (Gis Or Equivalent) – Modernization Of The Gis System And Acquisition Of Monitoring Sensors (Monitoring Beacons). The General Objective Is To Monitor, Prevent And Immediately React In Case Of Pollution By Discharge From Ships Of Naval Transport, Limiting The Effects Of Pollution On Protected Natural Areas. Due To The Fact That The Discharges Of Polluting Substances Are Mostly Due To Ship Accidents, The Purchased Products Will Limit The Effects Of Pollution With Polluting Substances Through Continuous Monitoring And Alarming In Case Of Exceeding The Normal Limits Of Water Quality, But Also Through Video Monitoring On Demand For Edification On The Real Situation In The Area Where The Incident Occurred. Adding Modules And Functionalities To The Integrated Dtsgis (Danube Transport Safety Geographical Information System) Of Anr Ensuring Integration With The Floating Technical Installation Of The Sensor (Beacon), As Well As With Other Relevant Systems, Sensors And Measuring Devices. The Modernization Of Dtsgis Will Include Adding The Necessary Integration Modules, Dashboard Functionalities, Functionalities To Process, Analyze And Use The Data Received From The Sensor Systems And Visualize Them In An Appropriate Way. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractors Activity Will Be Guided By The Following Principles: I. The Contractor Acts In The Interest Of The Contracting Authority/Entity During The Supply Of The Products, Under The Conditions And With The Limits Described In The Documentation Related To This Award Procedure; Ii. The Contractor Acts In Order To Achieve The Objectives Presented For The Contract In Terms Of Optimizing The Use Of The Resources Necessary To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Contract.
