The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Connecting The Cpd Of The Nfz Headquarters And The Provincial Branches Of The Nfz With A Wide Area Network (Wan) And Providing Internet Access With Anti-Ddos Protection. 1) The Launch Of The Cpd Connection Of The Nfz Headquarters And The Provincial Branches Of The Nfz With The Wan Wide Area Network And The Launch Of The Internet Connection Along With Anti-Ddos Protection Must Take Place On May 28, 2026, And If The Launch Of The Connection Would Not Be Possible On This Date, It Should Take Place No Later Than 12 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 2) Maintaining The Cpd Connection Of The Nfz Headquarters And Nfz Provincial Branches With The Wan Wide Area Network And Ensuring Internet Access Along With Anti-Ddos Protection For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Launch Of The Service Indicated In The Acceptance Protocol. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 3. The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specification. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Pursuant To Art. 305 In Connection With Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.
