In Addition To The Supply Of Lox, The Winning Tenderer (Hereinafter The Supplier) Must Also Lease A Complete Facility For The Storage Of Lox And The Supply Of Oxygen In Gas Form At The Connection Point. An Agreement Will Only Be Entered Into With One Tenderer.
