Architectural Advisory Services – Choice Of The O.P.C (Regular And Substitute) As Part Of The Rehabilitation Of 110 Individual Housing Units - Rues Allende, Des Déportés, De Legalité, De Beaumont, Pérus And Zola In Guesnain. The Contract Is Awarded In Accordance With Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 To R.2161-5, R.2172-1 To R.2172-6 Of The Public Order Code Of April 1, 2019. The Contract Concerns The Designation Of A Holder And A Substitute For The Execution Of The Mission Element Of Scheduling, Steering And Coordination As Defined By Article R2431-17 Of The Public Procurement Code. Lopc Intervenes In The Design Studies Phase, Preparatory Preparation Phase, Work Completion Phase And Work Completion Phase. The Contract Is The Subject Of A Single Tranche. The Services Will Begin Upon Notification Of The Contract And Will End After The Complete Lifting Of The Reservations Expressed Upon Receipt Of The Works. The Estimated Works Budget Is 8,542,646 Euro(S) Excluding Vat. The Estimated Number Of Technical Trades To Be Coordinated Is 8 Lots. The Estimated Start Date Of The Mission Is September 2026. The Estimated Duration Of The Work Is 24 Months
