Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Annexes: 1) Product And Price Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, 3) Requirements For Radiological Protection - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, 4) Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: By The Deadline Of June 26, 2026. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Three Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Performance Of Adaptation Works Necessary To Submit Technical Documentation Of The X-Ray Laboratory Indicating The Fulfillment Of Radiological Protection Requirements For The Purpose Of Obtaining A Permit From The President Of The National Atomic Energy Agency By May 18, 2026, 2) Stage Ii - Includes Delivery, Installation, Finalization Of The Works Adaptations And Putting The Equipment Into Operation By June 19, 2026, 3) Stage Iii - Includes The Submission Of Design Documentation For A Medical X-Ray Laboratory For The Purpose Of Obtaining A Permit From The State Provincial Sanitary Inspector, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff (Except For Application Training) And Putting The Equipment Into Operation By June 26, 2026. 4. In This Tender Procedure, The Ordering Party Will Apply The Procedure Specified In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Validity Period Of The Offer Is: 90 Days. The Offer Validity Period Begins With The Expiry Of The Offer Submission Deadline. This Day Is The First Day Of The Offer Validity Period.
