Consultation For The Establishment Of A National Framework Agreement Providing For The Supply Of Pre-Insulated Tubes And Accessories For Heating Networks, Studies And Technical Assistance To Project Management During The Work Execution Phase. This Framework Agreement Aims To Be Used In Mainland France By Dalkia And Its Affiliated Companies Responsible For Operating Heat Networks Or Carrying Out Work On Heat Networks, In Particular 2Ert And Climatelec. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, For A Period Of One Year, Renewable Once By Tacit Agreement (I.E. 2 Years Maximum). It Is Concluded With A Guaranteed Minimum Order Turnover And A Maximum Order Turnover, And Does Not Confer Exclusivity On The Holder Over The Needs Of The Contracting Entity.
