Diesel Oil – Successful Supply Of Motor Fuels For Motor Vehicles And Work Machines. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Liquid Fuels For The Operation Of The Ordering Partys Motor Vehicles And Work Machines, Including Diesel Oil (On) And Unleaded Gasoline With An Octane Number Of Not Less Than 95 (Pb). 2. Diesel Oil Should Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Filter Blocking Temperature Guaranteeing Reliable Operation Of Vehicles, And During Severe Frosts, Not Less Than -300; 2) Sulfur Content Not More Than 10 Mg/Kg; 3) Cetane Number Not Less Than 50. 3. Forecasted Fuel Consumption During The Term Of The Agreement: 1) Diesel Oil - Approximately 130,000 Liters; 2) Pb Unleaded Petrol – Approximately 8,500 Liters. 4. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of Fuel In The Amount Of 50% Of The Values Indicated In Section 3 Above. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Failure To Order The Amount Of Fuel To The Extent Specified In Section 3 Above. 5. The Supply Of Fuel Will Consist In Direct Refueling Of Fuel To Motor Vehicles And Work Machines Owned By The Ordering Party. 6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected Successively, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, At The Contractors Gas Station Located In Grodzisk Mazowiecki +5 Km, Cashless Using Fuel Cards Secured With A Pin Code. 7. The Cards Will Be Issued To The Registration Number Of The Ordering Partys Vehicle, In Accordance With Annex 4 To The Swz Or To The Name Of The Ordering Party In The Case Of Refueling Barrels And Canisters For Working Machines. 8. The Contractor Will Activate An Option On The Cards Obliging The Driver To Provide The Vehicles Odometer Reading Each Time He Refuels. 9. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Possible To Complete 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week. 10. The Contractor Will Issue A Vat Invoice To The Ordering Party Every Two Weeks For The Amount Due For The Fuel Consumed. 11. After Issuing An Invoice, The Contractor Will Send To The Ordering Partys E-Mail Address A Summary Of The Fuel Issued, Including: 1) Transaction Date; 2) Vehicle Identification Data Or Fuel Card Number; 3) Type, Quantity And Net Value Of The Consumed Fuel. 12. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Require The Contractor To Present A Certificate Of Fuel Quality And Its Source. 13. The Gas Station Should Be Able To Monitor Refueling Via A Cctv System Or Monitoring System. 14. The Contractor Will Provide Full Documentation Of Each Delivery Enabling Monitoring Of Completed Transactions And Constant Online Access To Transactions Performed By The Ordering Party (Updated Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours From The Last Transaction). 15. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request, At Any Stage Of The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Contractor To Provide A License For Trading In Fuels, Issued In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43). 16. Fuels Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements
