This Contract Consists Of Designing And Developing An Autonomous Application Called Accueil Des Victimes (Acv) Intended For The Management And Monitoring Of Victims Of Offenses By The Houses Of Justice (Mdj), Which Guarantees Strong Interoperability With The Parajudiciary Computer System 2 (Sipar2), The Application Used By The Mdjs, To Manage The Files Of Litigants Who Have Committed Acts. This Application Must Replace The Current Sosip Tool, Which Has Become Obsolete, And Offer A Modernized, Ergonomic Working Environment That Meets User Expectations. It Aims To: • Centralize And Structure Information Relating To Victims; • Facilitate Support From The First Contact And Ensure Continuity Of Follow-Up; • Coordinate Multi-Actor Interventions (Useful In The Event Of Attacks Or Crises); • Guarantee The Traceability Of Actions And Communication With The Commissioning Authorities (Prosecution, Investigating Judges).
