The Estimated Total Value Of The Acquisition For The Calculated Four Years Without Value Added Tax Is €9,200,000. In The Calculation Of The Predicted Value, All Possible Additional Procurement Opportunities For The Contract Period (Appendix 1, Description Of The Procurement Object, Section 6.10) And Price Revisions According To The Contract Terms (Appendix 2, Contract Template, Section 6.2 Of The Main Agreement) Have Been Taken Into Account. For Budgetary Reasons, Maximum Prices Have Been Set For The Service Fee And The Start-Up Price. The Calculated Price Of The Service For Four Years (Cell O61 Of Appendix 6, Price Form Tab 1-Comparative Price) Must Not Exceed €3,350,000. The Commissioning Price (Cell O72) Must Not Exceed €1,500,000. Exceeding The Maximum Price Will Probably Lead To The Offer Being Rejected. The City Of Espoo Selects One (1) Supplier And One (1) Deputy Supplier Based On The Competition.
