The Contractor Assumes Overall Responsibility For The Operation, Maintenance, Functionality, It Integration, Technical Security, Documentation And Regulatory Compliance Of All Large Radiological Devices, Including All Associated Components, Software Modules, Peripheral Systems And Device-Related It Infrastructures. This Includes In Particular All Large-Scale Imaging Systems That Are Indispensable For Diagnostics, Emergency Care And Routine Clinical Care, Such As: • Computed Tomography (Ct) • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Mri) • Angiography And Fluoroscopy Systems • Stationary X-Ray Systems • Mammography Systems • Other Permanently Installed Systems With Ionizing Radiation Or Complex Imaging The Contractor Owes Complete Assurance Of The Operational Readiness Of These Devices And Undertakes To Meet The High Requirements Of A 24/7 To Comply With Hospital Operations. All Services Must Be Provided In Such A Way That Medical Operations Are Disrupted As Little As Possible. Management Includes Technical As Well As Organizational And Documentary Obligations And Includes All Actions That Are Necessary To Ensure The Performance, Safety, Quality And Availability Of Large-Scale Radiological Equipment At All Times.
