The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Propellants Meeting Polish Standards - Diesel Oil And Unleaded Petrol 98 (E5), In A Non-Cash Form, In The Estimated Quantity: Diesel - 261,000 Liters, Pb 98 - 300 Liters. 2. List Of The Contractors Gas Stations Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Condition In Section 2 Constitutes Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Ensure The Possibility Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order At All Gas Stations In Poland According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Annual Fuel Consumption By The Ordering Party Is Approximately: Diesel Oil - 87,000 Liters And Unleaded Petrol 98 (E5) - 100 Liters. Due To The Fact That The Amount Of Fuel Supplies Depends On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Reserves That The Amount Of Fuel Given In This Point Is An Estimated/Indicative Quantity Given In Order To Correctly Determine The Unit Values Of The Order. Due To This, The Amount Of Fuel Specified In This Point May Change, The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Payable According To The Actual Amount Of Fuel Purchased. 4. The Current Number Of The Ordering Partys Cars Is 17. This Number May Change During The Term Of The Contract. 5. Diesel Oil (On) Will Be Refueled Directly Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles, While Unleaded Pb 98 Petrol Will Be Refueled Into The Ordering Partys Canisters At The Contractors Fuel Stations, Successively, Depending On The Ordering Partys Current Needs. 6. Fuel Sales Should Be Cashless, On The Basis Of A Fuel Card (17 Pieces Of Fuel Cards), Issued With The Car Registration Number And 2 Fuel Cards Issued Universally. Cards Must Be Secured With A Pin Code. 7. The Contractor Will Issue A Duplicate Card If It Is Lost. 8. The Contractor Will Issue New Cards If The Ordering Party Purchases New Cars. 9. If The Ordering Party Reports The Loss Of The Card, The Contractor Will Block It In The Entire Gas Station Network. 10. Each Non-Cash Refueling Will Be Registered With The Contractor. 11. Full Monitoring Of The Transaction (Date, Place, Quantity, Type Of Fuel, Price Of 1 Liter Of Fuel, Fuel Purchase Value, Registration Number Of The Refueled Car). The Monitoring Results Are Made Available To The Ordering Party At Least Once A Month, As An Attachment To The Invoice.
