The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 4 Pieces Of Brand New Trainers For Chemical Rescue Training In The Field Of Emergency Emptying Of Tanks. The Purchase Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Called Improving The Road Rescue System - Stage Vi. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Delivered Trainers Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Third Party Claims. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Places Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Considered To Be Those That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards.
