1) Part 1: Development And Production Of A Panoramic Film In The Form Of A 3D Animation, 180 Degrees, Showing The Reconstruction Of The Former Synagogue In Kępno. The Contractors Task Is To Develop A 3D Animation Intended For Display On Mobile Virtual Reality Goggles, Together With The Creation Of A Control Application That Allows The Show To Be Viewed In One Of Two Language Versions (Polish Or English). The Animation Is To Present A Reconstruction Of The Interior Of The Main Hall (Prayer Room) Of The Synagogue In Kępno At 4 Łazienkowa Street, Which Currently Houses The Synagogue Center - Center For Social And Cultural Activation. Based On The Substantive Materials Provided By The Ordering Party In The Form Of Photos And Publications, And In Cooperation With The Indicated Subject Matter Expert, The Contractor Will Create: - A Detailed 3D Model Showing The Interior Of The Synagogue (Prayer Hall), In A Realistic Style, With A High Level Of Detail, Professionally Made Textures, Materials And Lighting; - A Script With A Voiceover, Which Will Indicate How The Virtual Camera Will Move Around The Reconstructed Synagogue And What Details Will Pay Special Attention, As Well As Write And Translate Texts That Will Be Spoken By The Lecturers - Animation In 180-Degree Stereoscopic Panoramic Rendering Technology, Which Will Be Played Smoothly On The Selected Multimedia Equipment, Along With A Voice-Over Recording (In Two Language Versions) And Sound - A Control Application That Will Allow You To Automatically Start The Show With Animation After Putting The Virtual Reality Goggles On Your Head And Selecting The Language Version. B) Development Of A Detailed Model 3D The Basis For The Interior Reconstruction Are Archival Photographs Provided By The Ordering Party. Elements Clearly Visible In The Photographs Are Subject To Accurate Reconstruction. Invisible Or Illegible Details Are Subject To Hypothetical Reconstruction Based On Analogies And Interpretations And Instructions Provided By The Contractors Designated Expert. Detailed Descriptions Are Also Included In The Text Studies Attached To The Procedure, Which May Constitute The Basis For Both The Development Of A 3D Model And The Writing Of A Story Script For The Narrator.
