The Building Is An Existing Structure With A Wooden Rafter Roof, Requiring Renovation Works Related Mainly To The Extension Of The Eaves And The Replacement Of The Roof Covering As Well As Improvement Of The Technical Condition Of Structural And Finishing Elements. The Scope Of Work Includes: Demolition Works, Renovation Works, Hardening The Area With Paving Stones And Fencing The Area. The Scope Of Construction Works Is Determined By: 1) Design Documentation 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works 3) Bill Of Quantitiesthe Ordering Party Indicates That The Order As Part Of The Planned Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Two Stages, I.E. 1) Stage I - 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract - Implementation Of Works Constituting 50% Of The Total Value Of The Investment; 2) Stage Ii - 14 Months From The Date Signing The Contract - Implementation Of Works Constituting 50% Of The Total Investment Value. The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Performed In Individual Stages Will Be Completed With Partial Acceptance Reports For The Works Performed In Individual Stages And Partial Invoices. During The Works, The Contractor Is To Ensure The Functioning Of The Complex Of Educational Institutions. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Execution And Their Compliance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications, Construction Law And Construction Practices. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is In The Process Of Obtaining A Building Permit.2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Specification Is A Secondary Study In Relation To The Description Of The Planned Construction Works And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works And Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Document. 3. The Names, Brands Or Origin Of Products Or Materials Mentioned In Any Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Not Obligatory For The Contractors. Contractors Have The Right To Offer Other Equivalent Products Or Materials Provided That They Ensure Technical, Technological, Operational And Quality Parameters That At Least Meet Or Exceed The Parameters Of The Products Or Materials Required In The Swz Or Annexes To The Swz. The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence Of The Products, Materials, Etc. Used Will Rest With The Contractor.
