The Order Includes The Dismantling Of The Existing Elevator In The Building And The Installation Of A New One Along With Adaptation To The New Dimensions, Along With Accompanying Works Included In The Offer Cost Estimate. The Expected Scope Of Works Is Included In The Elevator Design By Mprojekt Archtekci Ul. Kazimierza Pułaskiego 1, Code 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki And The Offer Cost Estimate. The Subject Of The Order Is The Dismantling Of The Existing Elevator And The Installation Of A New Electric Elevator For The Disabled In Place Of The Existing Shaft In The Building Located At Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 21, On Plot No. 49/2, Rev. 0024 In Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The Elevator Must Meet The Requirements For Disabled People, Minimum Dimensions 110X140 In Accordance With The Regulations. The Building In Which The Elevator Is Located Has Three Above-Ground Floors At Levels +/-0.00, +3.42 And +6.62. The Casing Of The Elevator Shaft Is Made Of Sandwich Panels On A Steel Structure. The Height Of The Shaft Interior From The =/-0.00 Level Is 8.88 M. The Concrete Shaft Is Lowered Relative To The Existing Floor By 0.06 M And Is An Integral Part Of The Buildings Floor. To Be Done, Cutting And Building The Foundation For The Elevator. The Ground Floor Elevator Is Located Inside The Building. On The Ground Floor, Additional Doors Are Designed Vis-A-Vis The Existing Ones To Complement The Functionality. The Elevator Door Can Be Locked. Above The Ground Floor, The Elevator Shaft Passes Through The Ceiling And Its Upper Part Is Located Outside The Building. Automatic Doors With Technical Parameters No Worse Than The Existing Ones. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Installation Of Platforms. The Elevator Must Be Equipped With Automatic Buttons. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Elevators With Button-Holding. Renovation Of Two Rooms: - Cutting Off The Screed And Tiles, Making A Screed And Laying New Stoneware Tiles With Dimensions Of At Least 60X60 Cm, - Backfilling The Installation Shaft Under The Floor, - Applying Plaster, Painting And Varnishing Walls Up To 2 M High, - Dismantling The Door And Processing The Passage With A Plasterboard / Plasterboard Along With Processing, - Replacing The Lighting Lamps With New Ones, - Dismantling The Washbasin And Taps, - Supplementing Any Necessary Losses After Disassembly At The Doors, Roof, Walls And Terrace, - Cleaning And Washing Of Windows On Both Sides, - Loading And Removal Of Rubble Over A Distance Of 10 Km, Including Disposal. The Scope Of Planned Works Covered By This Tender Includes An Offer And Blind Cost Estimate (Appendices No. 8 And 8A To The Swz). The Order Also Includes The Organization Of The Construction Site And The Performance Of Other Works Required By Technology.
