The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of Buildings Of 4 Pigsty Located On Plot No. 314/21 And 204/4 In The Town Of Wójcin, Jeziora Wielkie Commune, Mogilno Poviat, (Inventory No. 28/0407, 28/0411, 28/0417, 28/1637).The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others:1. Carrying Out Security Works Around The Facilities - Preparing The Area, Fencing And Marking It, Organizing Social Facilities For Demolition;2. Carrying Out Disassembly And Demolition Works: (1. Demolition Of The Roof, 2. Demolition Of Walls, 3. Demolition Of Floors, 4. Demolition Of Foundation Elements, 5. Backfilling Of Excavations);3. Leveling, Leveling And Tidying Up The Area;4. Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation And Reporting Of Its Registration Changes To The Appropriate District Office. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Design And Technical Documentation. The Ordering Party Stipulates That: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design And Technical Documentation, The Currently Applicable Construction Law, The Environmental Protection Law, The Nature Protection Act And Other Applicable Legal Provisions, Polish Standards And Construction Practice. 2. Within The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present To The Ordering Party A Declaration On The Threat Or Lack Of Threat To Protected Species And Their Habitats - A Template Of The Declaration Is Attached To The Swz. If A Threat Is Identified, The Contractor Will Have To Carry Out A Natural Inventory At His Own Expense, Along With Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions And Carrying Out Any Compensation Works. In This Case, The Handover Of The Construction Site Will Take Place After The Contractor Reports Completion Of The Compensation Works Specified In By The Competent Public Administration Authority..3. The Condition For Concluding The Contract Is That The Contractor Has Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, And Submitting To The Ordering Party, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract, A Paid Policy. 4.
