The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Based On The Above Documents And The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. To The Extent That The Annexes To The Swz Include Proper Names Or Other Markings Directly Or Indirectly Pointing To A Specific Manufacturer, The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Are Provided Only As Examples And The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Utility And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation.
