In Złocieniec.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, With The Material Scope Specified In The Technical Documentation (Project), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Specification Of The Terms Of Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz), Draft Contract, Constituting The Documentation Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Correspondence Journal Used To Record The Course Of Works And Circumstances Occurring In The Course Of Performing The Works. Entries In The Correspondence Journal Should Be Made On An Ongoing Basis And Chronologically. Entries In The Log May Be Made By Persons Designated By The Contractor And The Supervision Inspector Designated By The Ordering Party.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Annex No. 1 - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 2) Annex No. 2 - Bill Of Quantities. 3) Annex No. 3 - Draft Contract4) Annex No. 10 - Drawings5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Based On The Annexes To The Swz And A Site Visit Carried Out During The Contractors Meeting At The Future Work Site. The Statement Of Works And Other Documents Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Supporting Material. Based On Them And On The Basis Of A Site Visit, The Contractor Will Prepare A Bill Of Quantities On The Basis Of Which He Will Determine The Offer Price. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice.6. The Ordering Party Will Request The Presentation Of An Offer Cost Estimate Or An Equivalent Document That Was The Basis For Preparing The Valuation At Each Stage Of The Order Execution.7. The Ordering Party Informs That A Meeting Of Contractors Will Be Held To Inspect The Site Of Construction Works In Order To Familiarize Themselves With The Actual Situation.8.
