Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Recreational Areas In Łęczyca - Purchase, Delivery And Planting Of Trees And Shrubs

I. Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of The Recreational Area In Łęczyca: Purchase, Delivery And Planting Of Trees And Shrubs.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation. These Documents Constitute Attachments To This Swz - Opz Annex No. 5. Note: The Attached Pzt Map Also Shows Land Development Elements, Such As Small Architecture And Surface Hardening. These Items Are For Information Purposes And Are Not Covered By This Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes Only The Purchase, Delivery And Planting Of Trees And Shrubs. 3. The Delivered Tree Seedlings, In Accordance With The Documentation, Should Be Properly Marked, I.E. They Must Have Labels With The Latin Name, Form, Selection, Trunk Height, And Standard Number.4. To Perform The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials That Guarantee Appropriate Quality, With Technical And Quality Parameters Corresponding To The Properties Of The Materials Used In The Project. 5. It Is Prohibited To Use Materials That Do Not Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Standards And Have Parameters Other Than Those Specified In The Design. 6. The Contractor Will Secure The Materials And Equipment Temporarily Stored On The Construction Site - Until They Are Installed, Against Destruction, Damage Or Loss Of Quality, Properties Or Parameters, And Will Make Them Available For Inspection By The Supervision Inspector. 7. The Contractor, As A Waste Producer, Is Responsible For The Recovery Or Neutralization Of All Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order And To Indicate The Place And Process Of Recovery Or Neutralization Of This Waste. 8. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Construction Works To Subcontractors, Taking Into Account The Provisions Contained In The Template Construction Contract. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply, While Carrying Out The Works, All Regulations Regarding Environmental Protection And Fire Protection, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Polish Standards, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Instructions Of The Investors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 26 Of The Construction Law And Applicable Health And Safety Regulations. 10. The Contractor Organizes The Construction Site At His Own Expense And Secures It Himself. 11. The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Quality Control Of The Works And The Use Of Materials Used To Complete The Installation. 12. All Work Related To The Operation Of Equipment And Machines Must Be Performed By Trained Persons And, As Required By Regulations, With Appropriate Authorizations. 13. The Contractors Offer Should Include All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, Ensuring Its Proper And Effective Functioning. If Any Discrepancies Are Noticed Between Individual Elements Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged
