1. Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Revitalization Of St. Park, Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). Kingi - Zone V - Pond And Playground, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation, Obtaining A Building Permit And The Permit Of The District Conservator Of Monuments In Wieliczka And Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Works.2. Detailed Assumptions For The Design And Execution Of Construction Works 2.1 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Obtain All Maps, Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Other Documents Necessary To Develop The Construction Design, 2) Develop: A) Land Development Design, B) Architectural And Construction Design, C) Technical Designs In The Construction, Road, Electrical, Sanitary And Greenery Industries (Including Landscape Architecture), D) Bill Of Quantities, E) Cost Estimate, F) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 3) Obtaining A Permit From The District Conservator Of Monuments In Wieliczka To Carry Out Construction Works Based On A Construction Design And A Permit To Conduct Archaeological Research, 4) Obtaining A Building Permit From The Relevant Architectural And Construction Authority On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 5) Preparing The Executive Design Documentation Necessary To Perform Construction Works, Including Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Regarding The Materials And Installations Used, 6) Carrying Out Archaeological Research In Accordance With With The Decision Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments,7) Carrying Out Construction Works To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment,8) Carrying Out Plantings,9) Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits.10) Inventory Of The Plant Cover Along With An Analysis Of Species Composition, Archival Research And Analysis Of The History Of The Facility, In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The District Conservator Of Monuments,11) Exercising Archaeological And Ornithological Supervision And Dendrological And Other Resulting From The Obtained Permits And Decisions2.2 The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About His Intention To Apply On His Behalf To The Relevant Public Administration Bodies. In Order To Obtain The Necessary Decisions, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions, The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Or A Person Designated By Him The Necessary Powers Of Attorney.2.3 The Contractor Shall Bear All Costs Related To Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions, Including The Costs Of Stamp Duties.3.
