1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Waterproofing Of Foundations And Floors In The Basement Of The Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund Building At Ul. Rzeźnicka 58 In Gdańsk Based On Design And Cost Estimate Documentation. The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Divided Into 2 Stages: 1) Stage I - Demolition And Preparatory Works, 2) Stage Ii - Renovation And Reconstruction Works.2. Detailed Information Regarding The Description, Scope And Conditions Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 1) Designed Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) Together With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 2) Multi-Discipline Architectural And Construction Project (Architectural, Sanitary And Electrical Industries) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz; 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Multi-Discipline) Stwior Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4) Bills Of Quantities (Construction And Electrical Industries) Constituting Annex No. 5A To Swz. Note - The Ordering Party Informs That The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Auxiliary Documents That Can Only Be Used To Estimate The Size Of The Task (Lump-Sum Settlement). In Order To Properly Price The Offer, You Should Read In Detail The Detailed Designs In The Architectural, Construction And Electrical Industries As Well As Stwior. The Price Of The Offer Should Include All Expenditure On The Execution Of The Construction Works In Question In Accordance With The Detailed Designs And Stwior, Taking Into Account The Local Conditions For The Execution Of The Works. Note: The Building At Ul. Rzeźnicka 58 In Gdańsk Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Obtained The Decision Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments On The Permit To Carry Out Construction Works, A Copy Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 5B To The Swz. The Ordering Party Also Has A Certificate From The Mayor Of Gdańsk On The Lack Of Grounds To Object To The Notification Of The Intention To Start Construction Works Carried Out By Waterproofing The Foundations, A Copy Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 5C To Swz.3. Information About The Site Inspection Of The Building At Ul. Rzeźnicka 58 In Gdańsk.3.1 Before The Deadline Set For Submitting Offers In This Procedure, An On-Site Visit Will Be Organized In Order To Enable Obtaining All Information For The Correct Preparation Of The Offer.3.2 The Ordering Party Informs That Participation In The Visit Is Obligatory.3.3 The On-Site Visit Should Be Announced Electronically In The Form Of Correspondence Via The Purchasing Platform At Least 1 Business Day In Advance, Provided That The Last Possible Date For The On-Site Visit Is April 8 2026. The On-Site Visit May Be Carried Out On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 10:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. Note: Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Act, An Offer Submitted Without An On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected.
