The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Hardening Of A Section Of The Road, Sidewalk And Square With Concrete Cubes (Replacement Of The Surface From Concrete Road Slabs With Concrete Cubes), Replacement Of Concrete Curbs, Construction Of A Section Of Storm Sewage System To Drain The New Surface, Accompanying Works Resulting From The Attached Documentation2. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Conditions Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Documentation Constituting Appendices To The Swz: Annex No. 8 - Draft Agreement Annex No. 9 - Technical Design Annex No. 10 - Stwior Annex No. 11 - Information From The Municipal Office Annex No. 12 - Zero Investor Cost Estimate 3. The Contractor Should Comply With The Provisions Of The Environmental Protection Law And, As The Holder Of Waste, Handle It In Accordance With The Waste Act.4. The Contractor Will Provide A 5-Year Warranty For The Work Performed And The Materials Used. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.6. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitutes An Annex To This Swz.7. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Employment Of People Under An Employment Contract By A Contractor Or Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With Art. 95 Pzp In The Scope Of Contract Execution (Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Works), The Performance Of Which Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).8. Documenting The Employment Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated In The Previous Point Will Consist In: 1) At The Stage Of Submitting Offers - The Contractor Submits A Declaration In Accordance With The Content Of Annex 1 To The Swz.2) At The Stage Of Contract Implementation - The Contractor, At Each Written Request Of The Ordering Party Within A Period Not Shorter Than 7 Business Days From The Date Of The Request, Will Be Obliged To Present To The Ordering Party Documents Confirming The Manner Of Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons. Persons: • Certified True Copies Of Employment Contracts Containing Information, Including Personal Data, Necessary To Verify Employment Under The Employment Contract, In Particular The Name And Surname Of The Employed Employee, The Date Of Conclusion Of The Employment Contract, The Type Of Employment Contract And The Scope Of The Employees Duties (In The Remaining Scope, The Copy Of The Contract Should Be Anonymized In A Way That Ensures The Protection Of The Employees Personal Data), • Declarations Of The Above-Mentioned People That They Are Employed On The Basis O
