1. Name Of The Investment Task: Construction Of Sanitary Sewage Systems In Będkowice, Księginice Małe And Przemiłowo.2. Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In Będkowice, Księginice Małe And Przemiłowo Includes The Implementation Of The Last Stage Of The Investment, Carried Out On The Basis Of Active Building Permits. The Following Remains To Be Completed Until The Investment Task Is Completed: 1) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In The District Road No. 1990D In Będkowice Ul. Świętojańska And With Connecting Extensions From Municipal Roads (In Accordance With The Original Design Documentation, Annex No. 10 To The Swz). Design Documentation With A Changed Route Enabling Drilling On The District Road Is Also Attached To This Procedure (Design Documentation - Construction Design For Changes In The Sanitary Sewage Network - Annex No. 11 To The Swz). A Location Decision Has Also Been Issued For This Route. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement A Section Of The Sanitary Sewage System Within The District Road In A New Route (According To Annex No. 11 To The Swz) Regardless Of The Method Of Execution. The Contractor May Perform The Work By Excavation Or Drilling. He Will Also Be Obliged To Download And Register The Construction Log In The Scope Covered By These Proceedings. The Ordering Party Will Provide Authors Supervision. 2) The Contractor Will Update The Decision Regarding The Conduct Of Archaeological Research, Including Constant Archaeological Supervision And Rescue Archaeological Research. The Contractor Should Include The Costs Of Permanent Archaeological Supervision In His Offer. 3) Preparation, Agreement And Approval Of Orz And Ord Design Documentation In Order To Enable The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Arrangements And Orz/Ord Designs Enabling The Execution Of The Order In The District Road. It Bears The Costs Of Fees For Occupying The Road Lane And Obtains The Road Lane Acceptance Protocol. Attached, The Ordering Party Presents The Orz Proposal With Approval (Appendix No. 12), For Possible Updating. 4) Execution Of Road Works On The District Road After Sewage Works According To The Design Documentation Agreed With The District Office, And Execution Of The Surface And Substructure After Sewage Works Within The Road And Exits From The District Road And The Roadway Of Municipal Roads (Attachment No. 13 To Swz). Design Documentation Prepared And Agreed On The Basis Of The Location Decision (Appendix 13 To The Swz)5) After The Completed Works, Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For The Entire Town Of Będkowice. (The Ordering Party For Księginice Małe And Przemiłów Has Already Obtained An Occupancy Permit. The Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Będkowice Has Already Been Partially Constructed, Only The Scope Covered By This Procedure Remains To Be Completed.
