Task 2. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Works Carried Out Will Not Affect The Safety Of The Employers Employees And Students In The Functioning Part Of The Facility. The Contractor Will Agree Detailed Rules For Carrying Out The Works And Dividing The Facility With The Ordering Party In Writing Before Commencing The Construction Works. In Justified Cases, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request A Break In Works Causing Noise, But No Longer Than 2 Hours A Day.
