1. The Subject Of The Order Is Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Educational Buildings In Ostrów Mazowiecka - Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 1, Ul. Partyzantow 39, 07-300 Ostrów Mazowiecka.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Is Specified In The Attached Documentation, Prepared By Instalserwis Wojciech Gawarkiewicz, Ul. Tęczowa 7, 07-410 Ostrołęka And Effective Notification Of Construction Works.3. In Addition To The Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building - Task No. 1, Task No. 2 Should Also Be Performed, Which Involves Designing, Delivering And Installing A Board Informing About The Co-Financing Of The Task Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan. Detailed Description Of The Task In The Attached Bill Of Quantities.4. The Contractor Is Advised To Obtain, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. 5. No Later Than On The Day Of Concluding The Construction Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Insure Himself On The Terms Specified In §8 Section 2 Of The Contract Template And Will Provide The Ordering Party With Evidence Of Concluding Insurance Contracts. The Insurance Will Be Maintained Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Construction Contract.6. Before Signing The Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Develop And Agree On A Material And Financial Schedule With The Ordering Party.7. The Material And Financial Schedule Should Be Constructed In Such A Way As To Include The Commencement Of Works And Their Completion In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz. The Schedule Should Take Into Account The Employers Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Contract Template And Include In Particular: Description Of The Elements Of Individual Works And Services, The Value Of The Elements Of Individual Works And Services, Deadlines For The Implementation Of Subsequent Stages Of The Subject Of The Contract.8. Due To The Intention To Finance The Order From External Funds, If Necessary, The Selected Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Will: 1) Prepare Separate Bid Cost Estimates, 2) Develop And Agree On Separate Material And Financial Schedules With The Ordering Party, 3) Issue Separate Invoices - Divided Into Eligible And Non-Eligible Expenses Or Expenses Not Covered By Co-Financing Indicated By The Ordering Party.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Material And Financial Schedule, Depending On The Amount Of Financial Resources Currently Held, The Need To Change The Stages Of Contract Execution Or Other Situations Specified In The Contract.10. The Contractors Settlement For The Completed Scope Of The Order Will Be Made, Subject To Section 8 Point 3, Partial Invoices Issued By The Contractor For The Amount Determined In The Summary Of The Value Of The Works Performed, Verified By The Supervision Inspector And Approv
