The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Preparation Of 6 To 11 Appraisal Reports Determining The Value Of The Property For The Purposes Of Determining The Fee Referred To In Art. 36 Section 4 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) 2. The Real Estate Appraisal Is To Include The Valuation Of The Real Estate, Taking Into Account Its Purpose Before The Adoption Of The Local Plan Or Its Amendment And Its Purpose After The Adoption Of The Local Plan Or Its Amendment In Accordance With Art. 36, Art. 37 And Art. 87 Section 3A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of September 5, 2023 On The Valuation Of Real Estate (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1832). 3. Appraisal Reports Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Arising From Legal Provisions And Professional Standards Of Property Appraisers. 4.
