Existing Condition: The Potocki Familys Hunting Chapel Podkudłacz Is Located On Forest Land, I.E. On Plot No. 6485 (Brzóza Królewska). The Object Is Entered In The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Under The Register Number A - 1850. The Altar Of The Potocki Hunting Chapel Is Entered In The Register Of Movable Monuments Under The Number B-1135. The Potocki Familys Hunting Chapel Podkudłacz In Brzóza Królewska Is A Free-Standing Structure, Built On A Brick Foundation And A Foundation Made Of Full Ceramic Brick, Covered With A Layer Of Ordinary Cement Plaster. A Wooden Chapel Is Built On The Foundation. The External Walls Of The Chapel Are Made Of Larch Logs. 14Cm X 23Cm Laid In A Log Pattern. There Are Double Doors With Stained Glass Glazing In The Front Wall. On The Rear Wall There Is A Round Stained Glass Window, Showing Copies Of The Painting Of Our Lady Of The Gate Of Dawn. The Roof Structure Is A Wooden Hipped Envelope Structure With An Avant-Corps In The Main Axis (North-South Direction). The Roof Is Topped With A Tower With A Dome At The Top, Ending With A Metal Cross. The Roof Covering Is Made Of Steel Sheets Fastened With A Standing Seam. The Roof Structure On The Front Side Is Supported By Two Wooden Columns. A Wooden Countertop (Secondary Element) Is Located Between The Columns. Symmetrically Arranged Concrete Stairs Lead To The Front Door Of The Chapel On Both Sides. The Walls And Columns Are Painted With Oil Paint. The Front Of The Chapel Is Decorated With A Tympanum. There Is A Bas-Relief In The Form Of An Angel Above The Door. In The Ground Floor Area, In The Axis Of The Annex At The Front, There Is A Bas-Relief Cement Epitaph. In The Axis Of The Facility, Towards The North, There Is A Kneeler With A Brick Structure. There Is A Wooden Fence From The Kneeler To The Ends Of The Stairs. The Wooden Fence Is Not An Original Element Of The Facility. The Potocki Familys Hunting Chapel Podkudłacz Is Located On Forest Land. The Area Where The Chapel Is Located Slopes Towards The North. The Planned Investment Will Not Interfere With The Existing Development Of The Area. It Will Not Change The Existing Land Development. The Existing Facility Is Not Equipped With Internal Installations. There Are No Plans To Equip The Facility With Internal Installations. The Overall Condition Of The Chapel Is Poor. There Is Numerous Structural, Technical And Aesthetic Damage To The Facility. An Unsecured, Unrenovated Building Falling Into Ruin Over The Years May Pose A Risk Of Construction Disaster. The Scope Of Construction Works Along With Determining The Technology Of Renovation Works Of The Existing Chapel Building. A) Due To The Identified Poor Condition Of The Construction And Finishing Elements Of The Existing Chapel Building, The Following Renovation Works Should Be Carried Out. The Above Renovation Works Include: - Securing The Structure Of Fragments Of The Walls Of The Foundation And Stairs, The Kneeler, - Ventilation Of
